Chronic Inflammation – One Disease, a Thousand Manifestations

Dear Friends of the ScienceCampus „Chronic Inflammation“,

It is with great pleasure to announce the 1st International Symposium of the Leibniz ScienceCampus which will be held in Berlin from March 6-7, 2018.

The ScienceCampus itself is a comprehensive center for chronic inflammatory diseases based on the scientific understanding, that highly similar mechanisms drive chronic inflammations in e.g. the joints, the brain, the vasculature, the skin, the gut or other organs.

Basic scientists and clinicians work together to develop therapeutic concepts for chronic inflammatory diseases. The ScienceCampus is a joint initiative of the DRFZ and the Charité funded by the Leibniz Association.

Please contact Dr. Elke Luger in the ScienceCampus Head Office (

Looking forward seeing you in March,

All the best, Elke Luger
on behalf of the local organizing committee
