Contributions of the German and the international immunological societies

What exactly happens when you get Covid-19? Why does the disease progress differently? How does long-term immunity against the coronavirus develop? How do the various vaccines work and how safe are they?
Interest in immunological research has never been greater since the outbreak of the pandemic. Immunologists worldwide are trying to understand SARS-CoV-2 in order to fight the virus effectively.

German Society for Immunology DGfI
The DGFi provides detailed information around the topic vaccination against Sars-CoV2: How do the different vaccines work and how safe are they? Which recommendations apply to whom?
In addition, the DGfI offers further Corona-related links, e.g. to various podcasts and interviews and to articles in the DGfI journal "Immunology" (in German only).
