29th Meeting of the German Society for Cytometry (DGfZ)

Welcome to Berlin 2019

Dear friends of cytometry,
This week the 29th Annual Meeting of the DGfZ will take place at Charité Campus Mitte close to DRFZ. We have put together an extensive program for cytometry enthusiasts. A number of exciting speakers will present their knowledge on attractive topics such as microscopy and image analysis, cutting edge technologies, nanotechnology, microbiology and the Core Facility Session The many faces of single cell analysis.
The meeting will start on Wednesday, 25.9.2019 with three simultaneous tutorials at the DRFZ. Afterwards, the Fluidigm-Satelite Symposium High-Dimensional Immune Monitoring Simplified will start at 11:15 am in the lecture hall of Internal Medicine. This Event is free for everyone!
Afterwards, the official part of the meeting starts with the imaging session including the ISAC lecture by David Entenberg.
Petter Brodin from Sweden will give the keynote speech on “Systems-level analysis of immune development early in life” on Wednesday, 25 September 2019 at 6:00 pm. This session is free for everyone!
With the Product Slam (Wednesday at 2:30 pm), the Swedish Guest Session (Thursday, 26.9.2019 at 11:00 am), the Klaus-Goerttler-Session (Thursday, 2:30 pm) and the Guest Lecture (Thursday, 5:00 pm) we offer classics of the annual conference – in addition to the top topics of cytometry.

This inspiring program will certainly stimulate an interesting discussion between scientists, technologists and industry partners.
I wish all of us an exciting meeting.
