This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the interface of computational biology and translational medicine, contributing to cutting-edge research into rheumatic diseases.<\/p>\n<p>The nature of the role (PhD student, postdoc, staff scientist) is open for discussion.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will support the analysis of ongoing experimental data while also driving innovation in the integration and interpretation of complex, multi-dimensional datasets derived from patient samples.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n                  <\/div>\n\n                  <nav class=\"text-grid-with-links__links\">\n            <a href=\"https:\/\/rheumatologie.charite.de\/metas\/person\/person\/address_detail\/prof_dr_med_gerhard_kroenke\" class=\"text-grid-with-links__link launimation slideBottom\" title=\"Prof. Dr. med. Gerhard Kr\u00f6nke MHBA<\/span><\/a>          <\/nav>\n        \n      <\/div><!-- container-double -->\n    <\/div><!-- container -->\n\n  <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform computational analysis of high-throughput sequencing datasets, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Single-cell RNA and ATAC sequencing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spatial multiomics\/transcriptomics (Xenium and similar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulk RNA and ATAC-seq<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CUT&amp;RUN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NULISA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, implement, and optimize bioinformatics pipelines for data processing and analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate multi-omics datasets with clinical and patient-derived data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the development of novel computational approaches for combining large-scale datasets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with wet-lab scientists, clinicians, and other computational researchers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpret and present findings to multidisciplinary teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure reproducibility, documentation, and proper data management practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required Qualifications &amp;
