Computational scientist: High-dimensional single-cell cytometry
Mass cytometry (cytometry by time-of-flight, CyTOF) is a powerful technology that permits single-cell immune phenotyping by more than 50 parameters in a single assay. We are looking for a skilled and creative computational scientist (m/f) with a excellent knowledge of statistics who teams up with other lab members to analyze and visualize flow and mass cytometry data per se and in multi-OMICs contexts. Besides working on own analysis, you will support and train others in the application and tuning of computational analysis tools. Developing independent research and new avenues of cytometric data analysis will be appreciated.
Compensation will be according to TVOED E13. Funding is available for a 50% position for 2 years.
