The German Rheumatism Research Center Berlin, an institute of the Leibniz Association, is a unique institution in Germany. An international team of doctors, basic researchers and epidemiologists has been working here since 1988. The research groups at the Institute are divided into three programme areas: “Pathophysiology of rheumatic inflammations”, “Epidemiology and health services research” and “Regenerative rheumatology”.
