DRFZ city cyclists collectively cycle 6036 km!

Das sind die Stadtradler des DRFZ von 2025

City Cycling – Cycling for the Climate

In 2025, 28 DRFZ employees once again put their feet on the pedals and together they cycled an impressive 6036 km in 21 days. Congratulations to everyone who took part to improve the climate!

City Cycling – Cycling for the Climate is a Germany-wide competition in which the aim is to cycle as many everyday journeys as possible in a climate-friendly way for 21 days. The aim of this campaign is to collect kilometres as a team and thus reduce CO2 emissions.

This year, the DRFZ city cyclists travelled an average of 215 km. The DRFZ team was especially successful, taking 6th place out of a total of 62 Charité teams. In total, the DRFZ cyclists saved 989,9 kg of CO2.

Joshua Strangfeld collected the most kilometers: 589.5 km!

The colleagues celebrated this success with a non-alcoholic “Radler” and celebrated their achievement.
